Terms of Service — Momentum Hospitality Platform

1.1 Draft & Testing Framework Notice

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This document is a non-binding draft placeholder and structural architecture tester intended strictly for platform evaluation and user testing. It does not represent a finalized legal agreement. Final terms will be presented by the operating enterprise upon formal deployment.

1.2 Agreement to Provisional Terms

By accessing or utilizing the testing instance of the Momentum Hospitality Platform, including any associated software, APIs, and documentation (collectively, the 'Service'), you agree to navigate the system in accordance with these provisional Terms of Service. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an establishment, consulting firm, or other entity, you represent that you possess the necessary authorization.

1.3 Scope of Service

Momentum is configured as a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) architecture for the purposes of structural recipe costing, menu engineering, and staging hospitality operations management workflows. We provide functional platform testing and do not deliver direct financial, legal, or certified taxation advisory services.
